# overview

99electronic ("we", "I") is an independent developer operated by Paul. This page describes how the apps and websites published under 99electronic handle your information. Where an individual app has additional, app-specific privacy terms, those are linked from inside that app and take precedence.

# data we collect

  • By default, apps published by 99electronic do not collect personal data, do not require an account, and do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • If an app requires data to function (for example, content you create inside the app), that data is kept on your device or in iCloud under your Apple ID unless the app explicitly states otherwise.
  • Anonymous, aggregated crash and performance diagnostics may be collected through Apple's standard reporting if you have opted in to "Share with App Developers" in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. This data is not personally identifiable.

# what we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not build advertising profiles.

# third parties

Some apps may rely on Apple platform services (iCloud, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, push notifications). Use of those is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. Any other third-party service used by a specific app will be disclosed in that app's own privacy notice and in its App Store listing.

# children

Apps published by 99electronic are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

# your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, or ask any other question about this policy, by emailing paul@99electronic.com.

# changes

If this policy changes in a material way, the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the apps after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
